Comedy Central has done something shocking; they’ve actually come up with a creative idea. On Insomniac, acerbic comedian Dave Atell wanders around cities across the country and investigates what goes on when most people are asleep. The man is already on our good side from his appearances on The Daily Show, and in the first episode alone, he visits an S&M club, peep show, a waste transfer station, and a fortune cookie factory, and he rides along the streets of New York with a band of Brooklyn cowboys, all in the space of a half an hour. If future episodes are anything like the first, we can’t wait to see where Atell goes next.
