For all six of you awaiting the second coming of a Carrie Bradshaw–like gang of hip chicks, don't squeeze into your Barcalounger just yet, because this quartet has less to offer than Terry Bradshaw. Hot Properties adds another group of highly successful, sexy women to an already brimming stable of dominant ladies ABC has cultivated in an attempt to boost its female viewership. Gail O'Grady, Nicole Sullivan, Sofía Vergara, and Christina Moore star as realtors to the wealthy—a lucrative career choice, thanks to the team's business-savvy willingness to do (and show) whatever it takes to succeed. Yet in as much time as it takes Chloe (Sullivan) to contemplate the ease of life after implants—about 45 seconds into episode one—the network can kiss any Oprah endorsement goodbye. Properties caters to US Weekly–subscribing fad flunkies with the kind of cutesy girl-speak that makes your girlfriend so adorable but all others annoying. Airing Fridays (a time when only real desperate housewives are tuning in) may keep the show out from under the axe—but if that matters to you, then what the hell are you doing here?
