Welcome back to the only show that features more plastic surgery than Desperate Housewives, returning for it's fourth season of fake boobs and false relationships. Matt and Christian's practice goes through changes, as the two cosmetic surgeons each tackle tough decisions; one faces the possibility of raising a deformed child, the other wonders if he still prefers ladies. Nip/Tuck is a borderline soap opera of impending misconduct minus plot implausibility and the welcome addition of partial nudity. All of which equal a math equation of stylish yet over-polished narratives with an obvious look of too much time under the knife.
