The Skinny: This workplace "comedy" takes place in a trendy New York hotel, and follows the antics of the HR manager (Niecy Nash), the womanizing general manager (Jerry O'Connell), and a few other clichés (the gay dude, the ditzy out-of-work model) between the hotel lobby and the downstairs office/break room.
The Good: Fox refuses to believe that this style of sitcom just doesn't work anymore. But keep plugging, guysyour failures are more entertaining than the shows themselves. The smart-ass bellboy (Brando Eaton) came the closest to making us laugh, with his one-liners that mostly express how bored he is with his job and coworkers. Hey, that makes all of us!
The Bad: Pretty much everything. The actors are wooden, the set sucks (we never even see one of this "cool" hotel's rooms), and the show is painfully unfunny. Seriously, even the laugh track felt guilty.
Taylor Made: The one redeeming aspect of the show's first half hour is the casting of mega-hottie Taylor Cole (Summerland). She's not funny either, but she's more fun to watch bomb than O'Connell.
Watch, Ignore, or Read a Book Instead? Skip it. Spend the time you save writing a pilot for Fox. They'll probably buy it.
