Treat The Andy Milonakis Show like a film school student's magnum opus—it's 100 percent gibberish you'll be confused and entranced by before the end credits. The third season of non sequiturs and nonsense arrives with Andy—as if continuity matters—searching for his turtle Herbie in Hollywood, only to interrupt a reptilian romance with Hilary Duff. Andy and mongoloid cohort Ralphie set about annoying Los Angelinos worse than uneven tan lines do. As little as the man-boy looks his age, Andy also refuses to act like a grown-up. With his onslaught of sketches featuring punch lines equivalent to "I know you are, but what am I," Milonakis flows like recess. So don't even be shocked if an incorporative bully wants to gut punch the spaz.
