Where We Left Off
See all of those lacerations on the body in the photo above? They were caused by a man-made chimera that had escaped an animal laboratory after a bunch of idiot college kids attempted to break into it and free all of the animals. They instead turned into the thing's dinner before it went on a rampage through the city's sewer system. Special Agent Olivia Dunham, the brilliant and crazy Walter Bishop and his son, Peter, went hunting for the monster after FBI agent Charlie was attacked and, consequently, infested with the monster's offspring. Lamas class, anyone?

PREVIEW: "BAD DREAMS"As a suicide incident occurs at New York’s iconic Grand Central station, Agent Dunham simultaneously witnesses the event while asleep and dreaming in Boston. Rattled by the extraordinary and coincidental circumstances, Olivia, Peter and Walter investigate further, but keep coming up empty-handed. As these violent occurrences continue and worsen, Olivia is sent into an unthinkable direction and shocking details emerge about the ZFT manuscript, the highly experimental drug Cortexiphan and Olivia’s childhood.

We Want Answers, Dammit!

It seems that the flow of the concurrent storylines have been interrupted by some filler episodes, most recently episode 16. We have yet to find out any more about Olivia Dunham's relationship to megacorporation Massive Dynamic and their weird Cortexiphan drug, but judging from this week's preview language, there will be some light shed on the situation. Now free from her former fiancee's weird brain patterns, Olivia will finally begin to show some of the "special powers" the cryptic prison runaway David Robert Jones mentioned before he disappeared into the night in episode 15.

As always, tune in to Fringe tonight at 9\8c on FOX..
