Uptown Sour

Feeling a little tart today? Try this city slicker drink by Chef Marcus Samuelsson.

The summer was so awesome until it wasn’t, are we right? 


It’s too hot.


And it’s not really that fun to drink Slurpees all day.


Plus, there’s still about two more months of this crap.


If you’re feeling as sour as we are about it all, then indulge yourself in one of these treats and let it all go.

Uptown Sour

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz. Alibi American Whiskey

1/2 oz. Lemon juice

1/2 oz. Ramazotti Amaro

1/2 oz. Honey syrup

2 Dashes aromatic bitters

Directions

1. Shake and strain over fresh ice into rocks glass and spoon drizzle on top with 1/2 oz. of a Malbec or Merlot.

2. Serve immediately.
