Specifically, Aperol. 


This orange Italian spirit was first created in 1919 and is sweet, but very bitter. It’s best in the signature Aperol cocktail, the Spritz (Prosecco, sparkling soda, and an orange wedge). Notes of rhubarb complement the strong vanilla and orange flavor of the drink, and the 11% ABV makes it the perfect pre-dinner sipper. Follow it with a delicious meal.
