Today’s buzz is a marvel from Belgium, which is a great place for beer.


It’s McChouffe Artisanal Belgian Brown Ale.


This delicious brown ale is strong, nutty, fruity, and very sweet. It’s got an ABV of 8%, which we always enjoy. Drink it in a fancy snifter or a goblet, and pair it with sushi, salmon, mushrooms, and mussels. Or pork…that always goes well with beer.
