It’s hard out there for an aspiring DJ. Such is the premise for We Are Your Friends, an upcoming film charting the trials and tribulations of one dreamer. The Los Angeles-based Cole (Zac Efron) doesn’t want to follow the money to Silicon Valley, as many of his peers are doing, choosing instead to focus on creating the perfect track to launch his EDM career. Wes Bentley stars as his mentor, while Emily Ratajkowski plays Sophie, the older DJ’s girlfriend. You can see how the EDM drama unfolds on August 28th.
