Last week, Saturday Night Live returned from its mid-season break with host Jennifer Lawrence, and with several exceptions—the hilarious, albeit racist Starbucks Verismo commercial parody—the episode was pretty weak. Can this week’s host, Adam Levine, turn things around?


It’s difficult to imagine the Maroon 5 frontman/notoriously smug jerk carrying a whole episode, but if the just-released promos, which star Levine and Bobby “Drunk Uncle” Moynihan, are any indication, we might turn out to be pleasantly surprised. Then again, probably not.
