Andy Samberg Just Gave America Free HBO

At Sunday night’s Emmys, host Andy Samberg made a joke about how much we all share our HBO passwords (admit it: you’re using your ex-girlfriend’s uncle’s daughter’s boyfriend’s password right now), then gave up his own, incredibly fake-sounding login for HBONow: Khaleesifan3@emmyhost.com; password1.

We couldn’t resist giving it a try, and it turns out, hey, it works — and there are already a few things added to Samberg’s watchlist.

If you’re worried about getting caught, rest assured that even HBO CEO Richard Plepler says that password sharing isn’t a huge problem. Time to catch up on Olive Kitteridge, y’all.
