"The Preacher's Daughter" has dropped fights to Miesha Tate, Valentina Shevchenko and most recently, Germaine de Randamie. But she's not letting that get her down. Instead, she's shooting a potato gun in a pink bikini top.
That's one way to burn off some anger.
And Holm has every right to be angry. Her loss to de Randamie last month was marred by a handful of late punches from the Dutch powerhouse. De Randamie won by unanimous decision and Holm immediately appealed.
Her loss was upheld though and she's tried to move on. A vacation Peru helped, but the 35-year-old former boxer is still smarting from the loss and now she's talking rematch.
“I know a lot of people say I won the fight clear, regardless of the late hits and all this, but I don’t really want a victory like that,” she said on The MMA Hour. “I don’t necessarily want it overturned to like a win, but I definitely want to get a rematch. Hopefully the appeal will help with that."
If Holm does get her rematch, it won't likely be soon. UFC honcho Dana White was none too pleased with the fight the first time around and won't be eager to schedule the rematch.
