So naturally we sat up and took notice when Shape magazine published photos of the sizzling British actress showing off exactly how she gets her amazing body.

You don’t need to subscribe to Shape to take Cohan’s fitness advice to heart. “When I don’t exercise in the morning, it’s a completely different day than when I do,” the 33-year-old actress told the magazine. “Working out gives me endorphins and makes me happy. I need it!”
