Today, we bring you an award-winning cocktail from competitive mixologist Roberto Rosa. We think we just found our favorite new sport.
Roberto Rosa’s La Otra Ala
1 part Bacardi Superior
½ part Galliano
1 ½ parts pineapple juice
1 piece egg white
1 bar spoon vanilla syrup
3 dashes Peychaud's Bitters
Add Bacardi Superior, Galliano, pineapple juice, and vanilla syrup to a shaker. Add egg whites and dry shake. Add ice, shake, and double strain into a chilled cocktail coupe. For garnish, float a star anise, slightly off center, on the egg white foam. Add 3 dots of bitters.
