‘Tis the season to get down with nature’s butter.


Here’s a delectable cocktail that combines avocado, lime, jalapeños, and tequila. It’s the Baoli.

​From Riviera 31 at the Sofitel Hotel Los Angeles in Beverly Hills

Ingredients: 


Rocks

2 oz Patron Silver tequila

1 slice avocado

5 cilantro leaves

Pinch of cumin

1 slice of jalapeño

1 ½ lime agave

Directions:


Muddle avocado, cilantro, and cumin. Add jalapeño, smash twice, add lime agave, add tequila. Shake. Pour over fresh ice in a rocks glass.


Now that‘s a sexy drink.
