Today's buzz is one of our favorite Belgian imports.
It's Houblon Chouffe Dobbelen IPA Tripel...
...A triple IPA from Brewery Achouffe.
This Belgian-style IPA is tasty and hoppy without being too bitter. It's got an ABV of 9% which will make you as happy as the garden gnome on the bottle. Three different varieties of hops make up the flavor profile, along with some fruitiness. Pair it with foie gras, fried chicken liver, and veal tenderloin, or veggies like endives, avocados, and cucumbers.
