Jamaican Iced Café
1 ½ oz. Appleton Estate Reserve
½ oz. Grand Marnier
1 oz. vanilla syrup
3 oz. Cold Brewed Coffee
Fresh Hand Whipped Cream
Garnish: Dust with Cinnamon
Preparation: Build rum, Grand Marnier, vanilla syrup and cold brew coffee over ice into a highball glass. Top with fresh whipped cream and dust with ground cinnamon.

Heavy cream (Quick whip)
Sprinkle w/ Jamaican Blue Mt coffee grounds and a touch of nutmeg
Preparation: Shake everything but the heavy cream with ice and strain into a chilled coupe or martini glass. Layer fresh whipped cream on the top and sprinkle coffee grounds & a touch of nutmeg.
