Here’s a drink to send you flying.

It’s Kingside‘s Aviation. 

Ingredients:


.75 oz. lemon juice 

.5 oz. Violette

.5 oz. Maraschino cherries

2 oz. Bombay Sapphire gin

Directions: 

Combine all ingredients, shake and serve in a martini coupe. Garnish with three bourbon-soaked cherries on a bamboo pick. 


Herbal, tart, refreshing. Perfection.
