Even though Malaria sounds like something that should have gone the way of smallpox and scurvy, the sad truth is it's still killing people in many parts of the world. That's why a bunch of our favorite comics are teaming up with Comedy Gives Back for a historic 24-hour digital telethon—with shows originating from New York City, Los Angeles, London, and Sydney, Australia—to help fight the disease. Now, when we say "our favorite comics," we ain't kidding. Scheduled to perform are, among others, Adam Carolla, Marc MaronAdam Devine, Jim Breuer, Dane Cook, Rhys Darby, Eugene Mirman, and Kevin Nealon. Whew! Check out this trailer, then open up your browser and keep in on Daily Motion all day tomorrow. (Just tell your boss that Maxim said it was cool.)

Watch "Malaria No More" live at Daily Motion on November 6.
