Watch: Blake Lively Is Swimming With Sharks in ‘The Shallows’ Trailer

Don’t go in the water.

A solo surfing trip turns into the fight of her life for Blake Lively, who plays a young woman soul-searching until a Great White shark finds her. As the title The Shallows strongly suggests, she comes across the shark in shallow waters, which is not where they are typically found. “What was once in the deep, is now in the shallows,” reads the trailer copy.

That’s pretty much all we know. The Shallows looks like it will be showcasing some pretty impressive cinematography, and who doesn’t mind some close-up-shots of Blake Lively? We hope it works out for her.

The Shallows opens on June 24, just in time for beach season.
