Caliche’s Hemingway Daiquiri

…That’s where Caliche’s Hemingway Daiquiri comes in.

Ingredients:

2 oz. Caliche rum

1/2 oz. maraschino liqueur

1/2 oz. fresh grapefruit juice

3/4 oz. lime juice

Directions:

Pour the ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Shake well. Strain into a rocks glass.
