Whether a mistake or some sly viral marketing technique, the first trailer for "Deus Ex: Mankind Divided" leaked yesterday, providing hard proof that Adam Jensen will be back again to defend the world with his blend of cybernetic-limbs and augmented abilities. The game takes place two years after the events in "Deus Ex: Human Revolution " and enhanced humans are being corralled by the government, who, obviously, has more nefarious plans. The trailer provides a cinematic glimpse of the broken world and Jensen's new skills as well as plenty of conspiracy theories, bullet time, and cyborg-on-cyborg action. As always, players should be able to choose whether they deal with situations using stealth or straight action, but the stab-heavy trailer makes a pretty good case for avoiding the covert. No word on release date but it will be available on PlayStation 4, Xbox One and PC.
Adam Jensen is still up to his cyborg-slaying ways in the leaked trailer.
