This ain’t your girlfriend’s cider!
It’s the month of the Irish! Toughen up some classic cider with a little Jameson, which adds a strong kick. Then, work on getting lucky, you dirty leprechaun, you!
Irish Cider

1 1/2 oz. Jameson
3/4 oz. Blackwell’s Rum
1/2 oz. Apple Cider
1/2 oz. Lemon Juice
1/2 oz. Agave Syrup
Ground Cinnamon
Put all ingredients into an iced cocktail shaker and shake vigorously. Strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass and top with ground cinnamon.
