Mel Gibson Is Back in the ‘Blood Father’ Trailer

What? Mel Gibson is starring in another movie? Didn’t he destroy his career a few years back with that drunken, anti-Semitic rant in Malibu? 

Why, yes, he did. Which is why the newest Mel Gibson movie looks like a total piece of garbage. Blood Father is about a ex-con tattoo artist who comes to his wayward daughter’s rescue by confronting the scary men who are hell-bent on punishing her for something (it’s unclear). If the below trailer is truly the best Blood Father has to offer, then this movie looks like it will be absolutely painful to watch.

Blood Father opens on August 25.
