Joe Rogan Just Said What We’re All Thinking About Ronda Rousey’s Next Fight

Rogan dished about how he really feels about the Rousey vs. Holly Holm match on his latest podcast. 

You know who’s excited that Ronda Rousey’s next opponent is former boxer Holly Holm? Former boxer Holly Holm. Anyone else who cares enough to have an opinion wishes she’d jump in the ring with someone a bit more likely to put up a fight.

Joe Rogan, for example, is eager to see Rousey take on Amanda Nunes, the 27-year-old Brazilian who won her last fight in just under three minutes, which is pretty good for a mere mortal but an eternity for a  living legend like Rousey. On his most recent podcast, Rogan said, “I don’t agree with that fight. That Holly Holm fight, I don’t think that’s smart. I would have gone with Amanda Nunes before Holly Holm. Amanda Nunes looked like a badass when she knocked out Sara McMann. That’s a more dangerous fighter—a more marketable fighter.”

No one thinks Nunes would be able to do that to Rousey, but everyone would like to see her give it a shot.
