Porn Shoot in L.A. High School Ruins Things For Everyone

The Los Angeles Unified School District is feeling a bit flushed, but just from embarrassment.

At some point in 2012, a film shoot was held in the Los Angeles Unified School District’s (LAUSD) Alexander Hamilton High School. Film productions on campus are business as usual for the LAUSD—the district makes $2 million a year by charging production companies to use school property for film shoots. This particular film, reported NBC Los Angeles, was titled Revenge of the Petites (link is totally SFW) and it even featured “a carwash scene that included public nudity in the school’s front parking lot.” Whoops.

A district official told the NBC station that the district didn’t know the true nature of the shoot—which was paid for in cash—”and if they’d known what the film was, they never would have allowed the shoot,” according to the peacock affiliate’s initial report. NBC LA noted a parent had complained as well.

The LAUSD initially said it would shut down all filming on its campuses in response to the embarrassing revelation, then altered their position, stating late Friday that various presumably non-porn shoots would go ahead on school grounds, each to “be approved on a case-by-case basis,” according to a statement from a district official.

Porn is cool and all but we’re just saying that maybe there is something a little gross about using actual school grounds to make one.

Also, we don’t envy the LAUSD IT guys who will now have to stay up night and day monitoring school computer systems to catch tons of feverish, furtive attempts to google Revenge of the Petites.
