The Wolf

In case you haven’t heard, Andrew W.K. likes to party. On his second album—retitled The Wolf after the record company balked at Blow Your Bone (what’s wrong with being sexy?)—this Michigan-raised rocker invites his beer-swillin’ faithful to join him in shouting, “Tear it up!” “Make sex!” and, of course, “Long live the party!” Unfortunately, the songs are soused with prog-rock synth that’s more “Come Sail Away” than “Party ’Til You Puke.” Then there’s the piano ballad “Really In Love.” Dude, way to kill the mood.
