Security cameras at a gas station in Owensboro, Kentucky captured the moment an e-cigarette battery exploded in resident Josh Hamilton’s pocket, according to CNN. The explosion, which looks like a firecracked going off in Hamilton’s pants, left the poor bastard with second-degree burns. Second-degree burns! 

E-cigarettes’ lithium-ion batteries are extremely combustible, and they’re known to explode fairly frequently. If you ever needed an incentive to stop vaping, this is it.
