Edward Snowden Speaks Up On "NBC Nightly News"

The leakmaster sat down with Brian Williams for his first interview on American television last night, sparking outrage and intrigue.



It's been almost a year since National Security Agency leaker Edward Snowden was charged with theft of government property and two counts of violating the 1917 Espionage Act. Since then, Snowden has sparked both outrage and celebration, as he's been out of the country and the recipient of awards including the German Whistleblower Prize, Ridenhour Truth-Telling Prize, and Sam Adams Award.
