A new take on the Old Fashioned.


The classic cocktail made appearances in Diamonds Are Forever, Live and Let Live, and Thunderball; just in time for Skyfall, it gets a new spin.

1588


1 oz. Brugal 1888 Rum


1 oz. Macallan 15


1 dash orange bitters


1 bar spoon of agave syrup


Combine ingredients over ice in a cocktail shaker. Give it a good stir, and strain over ice into a rocks glass. Garnish with an orange peel.
