Are The “Shining” Twins Still As Creepy As They Used to Be?
They showed up at a party to celebrate director Stanley Kubrick and…yup, still kinda creepy!
You probably don’t know the names Lisa and Louise Burns, but you surely will recognize them as chopped-up ten-year-olds. These now-grown women played the Grady Twins, the super creepy ghosts of children murdered by their dad in Stanley Kubrick’s iconic horror flick The Shining. The ladies – who maintain a joint Twitter account – recently attended an event thrown by the British Film Institute celebrating the 50th anniversary of another Kubrick classic, Dr. Strangelove. You just know that these two will be milking the fame they got from this film – forever, and ever, and ever…
