‘Grand Theft Auto V’ Mod Lets You Become Motörhead’s Lemmy Kilmister

The best tribute we’ve seen yet.

Despite having passed only a matter of days ago, the late Lemmy Kilmister of metal band Motörhead lives on. He’s been immortalized in a way you wouldn’t quite expect: as a character in a new Grand Theft Auto V mod for PC players.

The mod itself pays tribute to one of the greatest rock-and-roll legends of all time, featuring a motorcycle, a character made up just like Lemmy, and smoking and guitar mods that allow you to live it up just like the rock star he was.

Creator Schlecky Silberstein has put together a quick clip demonstrating all you can do with Lemmy in-game, and I gotta tell you, it looks pretty amazing, especially the part where you can “spam hookers,” or spawn a whole mess of women in one area at once. Lemmy also beats someone to death with a club in the mod as he struts around in his cowboy boots. So, you have that to look forward to.
