Guys! We have great news for you!
As if BBQ season kicking off wasn’t great enough, we’ve found out there’s a place called Bub City!
Yes, like Bub. As in, Lil’ Bub.
Well, actually, it has nothing to do with her, but they do have brilliant cocktails there. Like the one below! Check out the Horse’s Neck With a Kick!
Bub City’s Horse’s Neck (With a Kick)

1½ oz. bourbon (preferably 100 proof, hence the kick)
½ oz. fresh lemon juice
1 dash of Angostura bitters
3 oz. Blenheim’s ginger ale
Pour all ingredients over ice in a tall glass. Garnish with the peel of an entire lemon (coiled around the inside of the glass). And enjoy!
Try not to get kicked too hard with this one.
