Saturday is National Margarita Day. Let’s get an early start!

Salt, limes, triple sec, tequila…when these four combine, it’s like heaven on earth. This cocktail, the CoronaRita, adds beer, which is a bit like a puppy explosion – as in, amazeballs, because then this happens:

And, y’know, sometimes this:

CoronaRita

Ingredients:

1 1/4 oz. tequila

1/2 oz. triple sec

3 oz. margarita mix

1 Coronita 7 oz. beer

1 lime wedge

Directions:

Put salt on half of the glass’ rim. Combine the first three ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously, and strain into the glass with 2/3 ice. Invert the Coronita with a Corona clip attached to your glass. Garnish with a lime wedge and serve.

Sorry, can’t concentrate now. Full of beer, tequila, and puppy thoughts.
