The Daily Heat Index: This Photo Is Probably Making Kanye West Very Uncomfortable

Plus, Sophie Turner talks her new role in ‘X-Men: Apocalypse,’ and our favorite ‘Star Wars’ characters turn to legos in a new trailer.

Here’s a daily dose of what’s heating up the internet:

The Selfie Heard ‘Round the World
Just days after Kanye West and Wiz Khalifa traded nasty tweets over absolutely nothing, the lovers of both artists (both past and present) joined together for a selfie that cause the heads of everyone in the world to implode.

The photo, featuring Kim Kardashian and Amber Rose, showed the two buddying up during a ‘tea date’ where they most likely talked about how dumb the West/Khalifa Twitter war actually was. Or, if her tweet hinted at anything, Kim was simply inquiring from her husband’s former beau about his butt play bedroom preferences. We’re praying it was the latter, for laughs.

Sophie Turner Talks ‘X-Men: Apocalypse’
The latest installment in the X-Men franchise will introduce younger versions of some our favorite mutants, including Cyclops, Storm, and the all-powerful Jean Grey. Game of Thrones star Sophie Turner, who is stepping in for Famke Janssen, recently shared some insights into regarding how her relationship with Charles Xavier would come to be. Despite what we’ve seen in previous movies, Grey will come off as more of a daughter to Xavier than ever before.

“They have this unspoken bond because he’s telepathic as well, he’s gone through the same things,” Turner said to Digital Spy. “He’s very powerful and he sees that growing in her. He wants to protect her and help her control her powers, but also help her access the best of her ability. They have a really sweet relationship.”

It seems that Charles will approach his relationship as he did in his first encounter with Mystique as a young girl, but with a softer touch. Then again, Grey predicts impending doom in her dreams in the movie’s trailer, so she’s clearly going to become a very important figure in the X-Men universe right off the bat. We’re sure we’ll see more footage of the two interacting before the film’s May 27th release.

Legos Head to a Galaxy Far, Far Away
Legos and Warner Brothers are taking another trip out of this universe for ‘Lego Star Wars: The Force Awakens’ video game. Set for release on June 28th for Nintendo 3DS, PlayStation 3, PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Wii U, Windows PC, Xbox 360 and Xbox One, players will relive their favorite moments from The Force Awakens in a yellow-coated, block-based fashion.

More information regarding the game’s format hasn’t been released just yet, but it’s said that it will bridge the gap between Return of the Jedi and the latest Star Wars installment, which certainly ups the ante for anyone still yearning for a new glimpse at the Star Wars universe after catching the latter in theaters last year.
