The Daily Heat Index: Watch Kimmel Ask Today’s Youth if a Woman is Suited to be President
Plus, Coldplay releases a new single, and we catch a terrifying glimpse of ‘Zoom’ from The Flash.
Here’s a daily dose of what’s heating up the internet:
Children Are Our Future
In typical Kimmel fashion, the late night host compiled a focus group of youngster to discuss gender quality, politics, and the overall future of this country. In between flaunting their six-packs, the kids take a vote whether or not a woman could be elected president, resulting in 2-2 tie. It’s when presidential candidate Hillary Clinton is brought out to the table that the kids start doling out requests (if she’s elected), starting with “free food at restaurants” and “no school, ever.” These kids sound like they have the right idea.

Speed Demon Shows His Face
A few days ahead of new episode, ‘Enter Zoom’, the CW released photos from
The Flash
that gave us our first full-look at the terrifying season 2 baddie, Zoom. The dark and creepy supervillain is the mirror to the heroic Scarlet Speedster, but it seems like he’s going to be a serious force to be reckoned with. We’ll be watching the next episode of
The Flash
with the lights on.
Coldplay’s Upcoming Album Might Be Their Last
Sensitive college students, rejoice! Coldplay is headed back to the airwaves with their seventh album, ‘A Head Full Of Dreams,’ to be released Dec. 4. Frontman Chris Martin told Sirius XM earlier this week, “We just wanted to make this big colorful, joyful thing called A Head Full of Dreams.” However, back in 2014, Martin hinted to BBC Radio 1 that this album may be the band’s last: “It’s our seventh thing, and the way we look at it, it’s like the last Harry Potter book or something like that. Not to say that there might not be another thing one day, but this is the completion of something.”
