Here's your daily dose of what's heating up the internet:
Stormtroopers Swarm The Great Wall
Star Wars released a phalanx of 500 Stormtroopers from the Galactic Empire onto the Great Wall of China for what's undoubtedly the best PR stunt ever. To celebrate the release of the latest trailer for The Force Awakens, the troops marched up the stairs of the World Wonder to promote the film, making just about everyone nerd out in excitement. Grab your lightsaber and take a look at the march here:
YouTube Goes Red
Everyone's favorite viewing experience is about to get real exclusive. For a small fee of $9.99 a month, users can subscribe to YouTube Red to get exactly what they want...ad-free viewing. The payment will also buy subscribers to access to new Gaming and Music apps, as well as new television shows and movies, exclusive to YouTube. This sort of sounds like every other streaming service out there, so we'll be watching to see what YouTube does in the next few months to really up the ante.
The Best Kind of Birthday
Make no mistake: the greatest thing to hit the internet is Kim Kardashian's pregnancy-themed 35th birthday. "How can they make such a bold claim?" you may wonder. Because Kanye West, who organized the shindig, mandated that all the guests wear fake baby bumps upon their arrival. And the attire? Dress as one of your favorite KimK pregnancy looks. Stop, if you can, and imagine all of the Kardashian brood standing around, celebrating Kim with wads of cotton stuffed down their heavily spandex'd tops and tube dresses. It's the stuff Instagram gold is made of.
