Dave Grohl Responds to His Italian Fans in Italian.. and It’s Everything

Millions have swooned over the viral vid and finally their target has taken notice.

After 1000 Foo Fighters fans in Cesena, Italy, made an epic video performance of ‘Learn to Fly’ to lure the band overseas, it appears that the man behind the mic himself has taken notice. Dave Grohl just posted a response to the Rockin’ 1000, explaining that he’s extremely thankful and he’ll see them soon. Oh yeah, and the entire video is in Italian. Don’t speak the language? Here’s what Grohl had to say:

“Hello Cesena. It’s David. Hi. I am sorry I don’t speak Italian, just a bit, a bit. This video was good! Super nice. Thank you so much. We’re coming, I swear. We’ll see each other soon. Thank you so much. I love you. Ciao.”

No official changes have been made to their tour dates, but Cesera achieved their goal. Dave Grohl doesn’t seem like a man to break his promise.
