Watch the Porno-Rific Full-Length Trailer for ‘The Deuce’, the ’70s-Set Series From the Creator of ‘The Wire’

HBO just dropped the first full-length trailer for The Deuce, the upcoming series set in the seedy days of 1970s New York City.

Thanks to the wonders of CGI, James Franco plays twin brothers Vincent and Frankie Martino, two Times Square bar owners who become ensnared in the mob.

It’s sort of like The Parent Trap… but with gigolos.

Maggie Gyllenhaal is another standout from the trailer. She plays an enterprising young hooker, Candy, who sees potential in the fledgling adult video market. Since we all know how the rest of the decade panned out, you know she’ll soon be off the streets and on the road to fat city.

The rest of the trailer is a celebration of ’70s debauchery and porn staches.

The Deuce, which comes from The Wire creator David Simon, premieres on HBO on Sept. 10.
