Bring it on, summer! This cocktail is less sweet than your lady’s margarita, but just as interesting.  Celebrate Dos de Mayo with this tomorrow – Thursday, May 2. Or today.  Cheers!

The Dos-arita

Ingredients:


½ oz. 1800® Tequila


½ oz. triple sec


2 oz. sour mix


Ice


Coarse salt


12 oz. Dos Equis® Lager


Lime wedge, for garnish

Directions:


1. Combine 1800 Tequila, triple sec, sour mix and ice in a mixing glass and shake.


2. Strain over fresh ice into a 16-oz. glass with a salted rim. For a frozen drink, blend with ice.


3. Top off with Dos Equis Lager.


4. Garnish with lime wedge and enjoy.
