The Fangtasia Cocktail

Sink your teeth into this! (Or just sip it)

Sip on a creepy, yet sexy drink this Sunday when you tune in to True Blood.

Fangtasia

2 oz. of Kanon Organic Vodka


3/4 oz. of pomegranate molasses


1/4 oz. of fresh squeezed lime


1 oz. of coconut water


2 dashes of Peychaud’s Bitters

Mixing Instructions


Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake, and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with Luxardo Cherries.

“First we choose to use coconut water because it is almost identical in composition to human blood plasma which makes it the universal donor since plasma makes up 55% of human blood. The Peychauds’s Bitters was inspired by the location of the show, Bon Temps in Louisiana. The rest is balancing aesthetic elements which give the cocktail depth and flavor. Enjoy!”
