It’s already being called this year’s “Bohemian Rhapsody.”

Check out the colorful, fantastical first trailer for Rocketman, the upcoming Elton John biopic starring Taron Egerton (Kingsman: The Secret Service).

The movie follows the metamorphosis of shy, nerdy piano prodigy Reginald Dwight into global pop icon Elton John in the last 1960s and early 1970s. The trailer makes it seem like Rocketman could be the next Bohemian Rhapsody, and notably features two classic Elton tunes: “Benny and the Jets” and “Tiny Dancer.”

Directed by Dexter Fletcher, the fun-looking flick also stars Jamie Bell (Billy Elliot) as Elton’s longtime lyricist and writing partner Bernie Taupin, Richard Madden (Game of Thrones) as Elton’s first manager, and Bryce Dallas Howard (Jurassic World) as Elton’s mother.

Rocketman is set to blast off in theaters on May 31.
