‘Creed II’ Casts Pro Boxer Florian ‘Big Nasty’ Munteanu to Play Ivan Drago’s Son

We finally know who’ll play the spawn of Russian power puncher Ivan Drago in Creed II.

Professional boxer Florian “Big Nasty” Munteanu has been cast as Vitor Drago in the next installment of the Rocky saga. 

Sly himself made the announcement via Instagram.

Some commenters immediately protested the decision, saying that UFC fighter and Dolph Lundgren doppelganger Sage Northcutt should have landed the role. 

But, as Stallone noted in the caption, “Big Nasty” is “six feet four, 245 pounds of talent.”

He’s also extremely photogenic, as evidenced by the steady stream of selfies the chiseled beast posts on the reg.
