Your tea party is about to get a little wild.

Grey Earl and the Green Fairies

4 oz. Earl Grey Tea (Hot)


3/4 oz. St. George Absinthe Verte


1 sugar cube


1/4 lemon, squeezed


Place a sugar cube into the bottom of a mug or tea cup and pour in the absinthe. Use a spoon to dissolve the sugar and slowly pour in the hot tea. Add the lemon juice, stir and sip slowly.
