Inside Maxim’s Art Basel Miami Beach Party Featuring Cover Model Jasmine Sanders and G-Eazy

Hip-hop stars G-Eazy and Wale wowed the VIP crowd with an exclusive performance at the iconic Delano Hotel in South Beach.

Maxim celebrated its November/December 2019 issue in high style with an exclusive party hosted by cover model Jasmine Sanders at Art Basel Miami Beach. 

The elite soiree heated up Art Basel on Saturday, December 7 at the iconic Delano Hotel, which was transformed into a chic outdoor lounge for VIP attendees to enjoy. 

Hosted by Sanders, who turned heads in a gorgeous pink feather dress, the festivities kicked off with the musical stylings of DJ Dave Sol. Guests were treated to a range of custom cocktails courtesy of Maestro Dobel Tequila, the world’s first cristalino tequila. From their chic, custom-designed bar, Maestro Dobel mixologists delighted guests with their signature Black Diamond Margarita and refreshing Paloma recipes. Also on hand, guests stayed cool complements of Truly Hard Seltzer’s Tropical Mix of flavors including Pineapple, Mango, Passion Fruit, and Watermelon & Kiwi. Guests also experienced Canadian fashion publication HOLR Magazine, which has featured G-Eazy on the cover, and took photos at the custom Maxim Cover Photo Booth.

Maxim also partnered with beam, a new wellness brand founded by NHL player Matt Lombardi and ex-MLB pitcher Kevin Moran that creates pro-athlete approved CBD products made to improve mental and physical well-being.

The event culminated with a special live performance by G-Eazy and Wale, followed by a closing set by French trio M3 Live.

Miami based artist Alexander Mijares presented Sanders with a special painting he created inspired by her photograph by Gilles Bensimon in the November/December issue of Maxim magazine. Mijares’ artwork, including his ballerina sculpture, was exhibited throughout the Delano property for guests to experience.

Sanders, known as “Golden Barbie” on social media, has not only graced the cover of Maxim’s November/December issue, she has also appeared in campaigns for Nike, Free People, and many other brands.
