‘Black Mirror’ Season 5 Will Have An Interactive Episode Where You Choose Your Own Ending
The creepiest series on Netflix just got even creepier.
Good news, Black Mirror fans: The much-anticipated new season of the dystopian hit is in the works and will reportedly be released later this year. But get this — one of the episodes is going to be unlike anything you’ve seen yet.
According to Bloomberg, Netflix is going to include an interactive “choose your own adventure” episode in Season 5 of the Emmy-winning sci-fi anthology, where you’ll be able to choose your own storyline and pick your own ending for the episode:
The foray into choose-your-own-adventure programming represents a big bet on a nascent form of entertainment known as interactive TV. As Netflix expands around the world, it’s looking for new ways to lure customers. By blending elements of video games with traditional television, the company could create a formula that can be applied to any number of series.
Well, Black Mirror is already pretty freaky to begin with, but now with the option to basically craft your own storyline, weirdest series on Netflix just got even freakier, and fans are definitely here for it.

Though Netflix hasn’t announced the release date of Season 5, it’s expected to debut around the Holiday Season, since Season 3 came out in October 2016, and Season 4 in late December last year.
