Jason Statham And Jessica Alba Are Out For Blood in New ‘Mechanic: Resurrection’ Trailer

Jessica puts up one hell of a fight.

Jason Statham thought his killing days were over at the end of 2011’s The Mechanic. But when old foes kidnap his beautiful girlfriend, ably portrayed by Jessica Alba, Statham is forced to pick up where he left off.

See Statham come swinging back as Arthur Bishop in the brand-new trailer for Mechanic: Resurrection, above. Alba’s character may seem like a paint-by-number damsel in distress, but the acton-packed trailer shows her putting up one hell of a fight.

She and Statham will also have to face off with formidable new cast members, the great Tommy Lee Jones as well as genre veteran Michelle Yeoh.

Mechanic: Resurrection hits theaters on August 26.
