Kate Beckinsale Stuns In Black Tube Top and Leather Pants in Latest Sultry Photo

The 48-year-old actress’ Persian cat makes an appearance in her latest sexy Instagram pics.

Kate Beckinsale’s pooches are getting a break from Instagram appearances, but the 48-year-old actress’ Persian feline is stepping in to fill the void.

Beckinsale’s fluffy cat Clive helped supplement her latest stunning snaps, in which she models a black tube top, leather pants, platform boots and a flowing full-length fur coat.

“Bitch u get 2 and that’s it” she captioned the trio of photos, the third being a closeup of Clive running away.

Beckinsale is currently dealing with backlash from her recent comments about intelligence on The Howard Stern Show. After revealing her IQ to be 152, she claimed that having big brains has actually been a hinderance.

“Every single doctor, every single person I’ve ever come across has said, ‘You’d be so much happier if you were 30 percent less smart,’” Beckinsale said. “It’s no good to me, though,” she continued, “It’s really not helpful to me in my career. I just think it might have been a handicap actually.”

As the New York Post points out, many took issue with Beckinsale’s statement. The Cut responded with a bitingly sarcastic piece titled, Sounds Hard to Be This Hot and Smart.

Beckinsale fired back at the outlet on Instagram.

“Are we really jumping on women for answering a question truthfully about their intelligence or education? Are we really still requiring women to dumb themselves down in order not to offend?” she asked.

“When I said it has been a handicap in Hollywood it’s PRECISELY because being female AND having an opinion often has to be quite carefully packaged so as not to be offensive or, as in this case, deliberately twisted into signifying ones perceived superiority or arrogance.”

“IQ doesn’t actually mean shit,” she added. “But stop performatively supporting women while pulling crummy shit like this.”
