Mark Wahlberg and Ronda Rousey Are Lethal CIA Operatives In ‘Mile 22’ Trailer

Somebody’s in a heap of trouble.

The intense first trailer for Mile 22 is full of big bangs, macho quips from Mark Wahlberg and serious screen time for former UFC phenom-turned-WWE wrestler Ronda Rousey.   

The high-octane thriller follows a team of government “ghost” operatives on what will surely be a deadly mission. See the official synopsis below: 

Mark Wahlberg stars as James Silva, an operative of the CIA’s most highly-prized and least understood unit. Aided by a top-secret tactical command team, Silva must retrieve and transport an asset who holds life-threatening information to Mile 22 for extraction before the enemy closes in.”  

Director Peter Berg and Wahlberg have previously collaborated on three other action-packed blockbusters (Lone Survivor, Patriots Day and Deepwater Horizon), all of which received positive reviews from critics.
